Maryland Performance Diesel Complete Single Turbo Kit — 2007.5–2010 6.4L Powerstroke

Upgrade your 2007.5–2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke with the Maryland Performance Diesel (MPD) Complete Single Turbo Kit. Designed and developed for performance applications, this kit converts the factory compound-turbo arrangement to a clean, functional T4 single-turbo setup and can be configured around a wide range of S300 or S400 turbochargers. Turbo NOT Included. This listing is for the complete single-turbo conversion/installation kit without a turbocharger. Turbo options can be selected separately when applicable.

MPD offers configurations ranging from S300 applications for street-oriented builds to larger S400 combinations for higher-power setups. Turbo selection should be based on your fueling, power goals, elevation, towing requirements, and intended use. MPD specifically notes that this system is not recommended for heavy towing or high-elevation applications. (Maryland Performance Products⁠)

Important: Customer is responsible for mounting/relocating the fuel cooler. Custom tuning is required for a single-turbo conversion, and ECM calibration is not included with the kit. (OCD Performance⁠)
